Excellent Collection Tubes for Lab Use

I purchased the WATSON-BIO-LAB 1332-015S 15 mL collection tubes for culture work, and they’ve been performing beautifully. The size is perfect—there’s plenty of room to work with an inoculation loop without feeling cramped. Functional, inexpensive tubes.

I ordered the 48 pack of 15 ml tubes. These tubes are water tight, though the caps are lesser quality and thin. There is a large textured area on one side of the tubes for labeling. The tubes are graduated, but the numbers are a little hard to see. They are slightly translucent and that might make a pellet slightly harder to see if it is a small one. These tubes are not the highest quality, but they are functional and a good value for the money.

Centrifuge tubes

I use these for both separation of solids in a liquid with a centrifuge and for small special paint mixes. The screw top cap is waterproof and the tubes can keep even the smallest paint mixes from drying out.The tubes are marked from .5ml to 14ml in .5ml gradations.They are easy to clean and are reusable, and 48 of them will last a long time.

This review is for the Watson 1332-015S, 15 mL, Centrifuge Tube, 48 Pieces, Natural Color, Conical Bottom, Made in Japan/Kobe.These tubes fit my centrifuge. Markings are legible. They seem as good as two other brands I've used.
