Last night, I watched the weather news, and it showed...
"Feels like -10°!?!"
And tomorrow, the highest temperature will be only 2°!?
I'm in Kobe, Japan.
I always thought Kobe's weather was similar to Tokyo or even warmer, but it's actually colder than I expected... (Tokyo is around 5-8°)
