Oh, maybe you already know that... hahaha. Our parent company is based in Japan, with four factories of its own. We manufacture products in clean rooms under rigorous quality control and inspect them according to strict standards.
We take great care of our products before delivering to you, but sometimes they may get damaged during transit. However, we also take care of you! Because we are a Japanese company, if there are any issues, we will replace the damaged items, depending on the situation.
