🌍 Did you know?
June 1st is International Children’s Day — a day first declared back in 1925 during the World Conference on Child Welfare in Geneva.
It’s a day to celebrate the joy of childhood — but also to remember that every child deserves health, happiness, and a chance to grow up safe and strong.
June 1st isn’t just about cake 🎂 and fun 🎠 — it’s a chance to encourage curiosity 🌟 and let kids explore the world in their own way.
At Watson Bio Lab, we believe that nurturing curiosity is one of the best gifts 🎁 we can offer to the next generation.
👩🔬 Little Scientists at Work
Last summer, we joined the Kid’s Park University event in Kyoto, where kids got to try using genuine lab equipment — real micropipettes!
Some kids even started creating their own “science art” — pixel-like patterns, each well filled with a different color 🌈
And of course, they learned the golden rule: change the tip every time to avoid “contamination” 🧫💧
One of our staff members smiled and said, “I’m impressed — even with so many kids using the equipment, there wasn’t a single mixed color!” 😆👏
👨👩👧👦 A Family Affair
Parents stood by, watching with proud smiles as their kids focused, carefully creating their art. One parent said, “She’s just started science at school, so it’s great to see her using real equipment like this.”
For us at Watson Bio Lab, seeing kids light up 🔆 as they explored hands-on science was the best reward.

🌿 This Children’s Day, let’s celebrate curiosity, creativity, and the next generation of thinkers and doers.
Here’s to making science a little more fun — and a lot more real — for kids everywhere.
